• NEW UPS Shipping Option (available for 49 continental US states): We have unveiled a new class of time-definite 1-5 day shipping service, UPS Ground. United States Orders:

• Whenever possible, in-stock orders with approved payment received by 3pm Pacific Standard Time (6pm EST) will be shipped the same day Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We’ll send you an email when your package ships, complete with tracking info. Should any of the items on your order be out of stock, we will send you a notification as to when they are expected back in stock.

• You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your order is processed.

• Tracking Numbers will be provided via email when we ship your order. They will be traceable at www.usps.com once the package is scanned by the postal service. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be accessible in the USPS system.

• International orders are shipped within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
