What is your return policy?

We’re committed to offering the highest quality jewelry and the finest customer service. We understand that sometimes there may be a reason you would like to return your jewelry purchase and we’re happy to offer you an exchange, or refund.

We give you 30 days from the date you received your item to return or exchange your purchase. All returned jewelry must be in original condition. To start a return, simply go to our easy to use returns portal.

All exchanges are complimentary and there is no charge for shipping. If you are returning your item for a refund, you will be charged a nominal return shipping fee.

If I need a different size what do I do?

We offer exchanges for 30 days from the date you received your item.

All exchanges are complimentary and there is no charge for shipping. All exchange orders ship like our regular orders, same day if processed by 3 p.m. PST excluding weekends and holidays.

Once the item is received at our warehouse your new size will be shipped out and you will receive a tracking information at this time.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of your item(s). Your refund can only be processed back to the original form of payment. This process is done automatically by our system and cannot be modified.

I received a gift with purchase, do I need to return it if I am returning my order?

Your free gift is a "with purchase" gift. If you return your order and would like a full refund, you must return the free gift in order to avoid being charged for the full retail amount of the gift against your refund. If however, you select store credit or an exchange, you may keep your free gift.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a one year warranty on all of our jewelry for manufacturing defects. The warranty is not valid for regular everyday wear and tear. We inspect all items before shipment to ensure you are receiving a quality product. If you feel your item is defective, please reach out to our friendly customer service team at cs@buybluesteel.com along with a photo of the suspected defective item along with your order number. From that point we can assess and determine whether the item will need to be sent in for repair.

Please note the warranty is a one time use per order item and cannot be used perpetually.

Does your warranty cover FINAL SALE items?
